Is this including Rs who lose? If so, I'd count at least 3 (Gardner, Collins, Toomey).

Trump is going to lose Maine and Colorado... and Collins and Gardner go down with him. Arizona and Iowa are more iffy... Trump and the R Senator win the state together or lose together. Portman isn't up in Ohio in 2020, so he stays in office no matter what Trump does. Neither R Senator is up for re-election in Florida in 2020, so that won't change. Toomey and Johnson will both stick around because they won their elections in 2016. Burr (NC) -- likewise.

Trump will lose Michigan; Peters is a stronger pol than many of us give him credit for. He is the second-most vulnerable D Senator in 2020... which shows how little gain Republicans can expect in the Senate in 2020.

The most pessimistic view I have for Trump winning is that he loses every state that he lost in 2016 and every state that he won by less than 10%. All of the latter states are at best close for the President.

So the R Senators from states that I have some expectation that he could lose are:

PA Toomey
WI R. Johnson
OH Portman
FL Scott, Rubio
IA Grassley
GA one
NC Burr
TX perhaps both Cornyn and Cruz

Ernst (R, IA) will have Trump coattails in her state and will win or lose with him.

Question is poorly worded.

If you mean Class 2: 0 or 1 (Collins)
If you mean all Senators: up to 8
