ENTRANCE POLL
Sanders 34.8%
Buttigieg 14.9%
Biden 14.5%
Warren 11.7%
Klobuchar 10.5%
Steyer 8.5%
Gabbard 0.5%

No one else viable: Thats incredible.

That doesn't have early voting in it.

Yes it does:

From what I understand from David Chalian, the entrance poll results are only TODAYs voters.

Early voters excluded !

Kornacki is still talking about it as though the exit polls so far are ONLY early vote. He said it will be interesting to see how it changes when they get in same-day data.

And Bernie as well. SC is not gonna be a 10%+ romp for Biden

Guess thats the only bright side for him. Perhaps if he can knock Pete down a little, he can get a bit of momentum into Super Tuesday.

Biden’s lead among blacks helps him, but that kind of a lead over Sanders isn’t going to give him the kind of win he needs to catch Sanders. It suggests a 5-10% win in SC.

Bernie is also winning moderate/conservatives with 23% to 22% for Biden and 20% for Buttigieg.

So I guess Bernie is the "moderate lane" candidate.

Bernie is also winning ALL educational groups.

We need to wait for the actual votes.

This is an untested election with a mix of early voting and caucus votes.

The entrance poll numbers are only for today's voters, right? Or do they include early voting?

Yeah, Steve Kornacki is saying the exit/entrance poll is only early vote.

According to meh polls early vote was supposed to be bad for Bernie, so...

If it is only early vote, that is even worse news for biden

Biden’s campaign specifically focused on Black early vote in this race

Bernie is also winning ALL educational groups.

That actually means that moderate vote is split, not that Sanders is the choice of moderates.

I saw him say that, but the terminology is ambiguous.  It could mean people who voted before today, but could also mean people who are voting today but showed up in line early.  (E.g., those only showing up at 11:55am wouldn't be included in the first wave of the entrance poll.)

Claire McCaskill on MSNBC says it doesn't matter that Bernie wins, the real story is who comes in 2nd/3rd/etc.
