Bloomberg is going kamikaze though. If I were there behind the stage tonight, I'd say to him, "Mike, what the hell are you doing on stage with these morons?"

Bloomberg thinks you can just show up with talking points from Twitter and win the debate and then Sanders and Warren answer with substance.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but go off, Bernie! Loving these attacks on Bloomberg.

They're not just attacks on Bloomberg though. They're consistent with everything he's been saying for years. They're attacks on the grossly unequal system we have running the country. "Capitalism"  encompasses a lot. You can be "capitalist" and still not support an oligarchy controlled by a tiny group of wealthy elites for their own benefit.
I’m sorry to tell you that has never been tried before.

They're wrong about the tax code. If anything, America's tax code is rigged against those who make money. The second you make a decent amount of money, what happens? The government takes a big bite of it.

Because taxes are needed to pay for infrastructure. If there were no taxes, you'd be paying some private company much more to use public roads and other infrastructure.
And to pay for illegals too.
How about making them legal? Problem solved.

It resonated with me.  A lot of you people don't realize how out of touch the people on stage are with many Democrats.

What's the odds that Midway through the election Trump's gonna trot out Bloomberg for an endorsement in a Chris Christie like hostage situation?

I get the feeling Bloomberg is in the wrong primary.

Bloomberg used a Republican attack line against Sanders, denouncing him as a "socialist with three houses." This is something that I see the Trumpists say on a frequent basis.

Bloomberg thinks you can just show up with talking points from Twitter and win the debate and then Sanders and Warren answer with substance.

Bloomberg showed his true colors with his attacks on them, particularly against Sanders.

Yeah, it'll help him with affluent boomers who'll talk him up during the primary and then turn out for Trump in droves in the general because of muh ROARING ECONOMY.

By deporting them back to their country of origin? That works. You can’t be illegal in your native country. Unless you’re a political exile or something Tongue

I think the Democrats make an error when discussing "working class" and "middle class" people. When they talk about them, and you actually listen, they're not talking about working class people who make 30, 40, 50K a year. That's what I make, and I'm far and away no where NEAR "rich". When democrats discuss these things, they're talking about people below the poverty line. In my state the federal poverty guidelines are around 17K a year. I know people broke as a joke and don't have a pot to piss in and even they still exceed the federal or state poverty lines. So when democrats discuss "working class" people, they may actually be referring to poor people. Like East Cleveland poor. Really, really poor.

What Bloomberg, I think, wanted to point out is that Sanders is a millionaire due to book royalties which is the fruit of his labor just like Bloomberg built a business and now enjoy the fruits of his labor.

While we're on the topic of paying for things, that sounds a lot more expensive than adjusting people's immigration status.

Workers having token representatives on corporate boards is communism?! Christ. This is your brain on fifty billion dollars.

Yeah loved Bernie's response and then Bloomberg's response.....

Then Warren's response....

Labor Council's are not unusual in Industrialized democracies as part of a Corporations and having a voice in the system.....
