I think the electorate sorta knew with the handshake that he wasn't all 'together'; but at the moment, I'm fairly sure he is suffering significant mental health issues. The shroud had a stencil picture of an islamic bloke, maybe a carictature of one of the Iranian Ayatollahs.

I'm just waiting for his rooftop rendition of Chattanooga Choo-Choo.
