I feel like this depends a lot on whether the media decides to include the Libertarian and Green nominees in most of their general election polls, like they did in 2016.  Just listing them in polls in the first place gives the media an excuse to talk about them and give them exposure, and that leads to more support, IMHO.  Not yet sure if that'll happen.
