These are the same people who treated Bush as a Demi god for 8 years . They literally have threads where they would post random photos of Bush and Fawn over him like he was Jesus .


It was so nauseating and the fact is these people literally just seem like Sean Hannity  . Sean Hannity is basically like someone on free republic , a shameless hack for whomever the Republican leader is and viciously goes after the opposition .

Obama's policy positions may have been a lot more evil than Romney's -- but their personalities are about equally disgusting. With hindsight I would've supported either Obama or some 3rd Party in 2012. 4 more years of Obama >>> castration  of the GOP at the hands of a feckless goblin.

You're one of the folks here that honestly discusses issues.  Most people here, whether they be left, right, or center, don't want an Echo Chamber.  That's why they're here.  They wish for honest discussion of issues, and are willing to discuss the issues with people who disagree with them. That's a good thing.  There is a significant minority of posters, however, who would do it if they could to create and enforce Echo Chamber maintenance.  They worry about "derailing threads".  The reason many threads are "derailed" is that they are manipulative attempts by (usually) the same group of posters to enforce their own ideas of conformity and "groupthink".  Anything that confronts their line of thinking or logic is either "derailing" or "whataboutism".  That's what they resent the most; the fact that the limits of their own logic and reasoning have been confronted.
