So, according to Bernie, these are the Iowa results:

1) Bernie
2) Pete
3) Warren
4) Biden
5) Amy

Warren in 3rd is undisputed.

those numbers only account for ~40% of the state. on the other hand, buttigieg’s campaign claims they have 77% (i think) and that they won, but didn’t release any numbers. honestly this is just such a hot mess

So apparently this is the firm responsible for this mess, and if the more weird atlasians would suggest, responsible for rigging the primary, dun dun DUN.

Sanders' campaign released data for 40% where they have accurate details & it was mixture of rural & urban areas. Nowhere are they claiming that it for the whole state.

It was in response to Pete who was trailing (In 3rd place) when initial reports came, claiming victory.

The DNC should announce the result & get this mess over with.

Do you understand anything about conflict of interest and why it is so problematic in democratic politics and life more generally?

MSNBC reporting these Bernie numbers are based on 40% of the total, so that's not good enough to determine a winner/order.

The campaign statement says the 40% of precincts were representative demographically of the state as a whole. Of course, that cannot be verified without them releasing more detailed data. But if that is indeed correct, the final results should be pretty close to that.

Klobuchar Campaign says that they're close to Biden so Uncle Jo is either 4th or 5th. That's a big Disappointment.

MSNBC is now blaming Bernie Sanders for the caucus issues. They are saying Bernie's call for an extreme amount of transparency where two new numbers had to be gathered probably caused the app issues. This is totally #FakeNews, and this is why nobody trusts the MSM anymore. It's not that complicated to put out two numbers that they have anyways. lol

I'm watching and that's not what they said. Some of the panelists said that the party decided to report the additional numbers after calls for increased transparency. They postulated that collecting the additional numbers revealed errors that may have been present in the past but were never caught. They mentioned that the Sanders campaign thought that such problems existed in 2016.

Dear God,

Please let me fall asleep instead of restlessly tossing and turning all night long on the eve of the Iowa Caucus.

It. Is. 3:16.AM. Have. Mercy.

God did not have mercy big rip -_-

Maybe time to eat a Brownie drink a glass of milk and fall asleep....

That way you will get the early Atlas AM scoop for many of us that do work/school on "Dif-Shifts"....

Something tells me that Atlas will be way ahead of the MSM come Tomorrow AM > PM so we can all get caught up!!!!

His disappointing 4th or 5th place ending would almost have ended his campaign if the results came out. Now the momentum for the other candidates isn't happening and Biden's fall isn't accelerated. The failing Iowa DEM party have saved Biden's ass unfortunately because there is no momentum or accelerated fall. Otherwise we were looking towards a Pete vs Bernie race in New Hampshire.

So even if we don't have the numbers yet, it's pretty clear that Biden had a terrible performance tonight, right?

Yep, either 4th or 5th. And he's no Bill Clinton; he's sure to lose NH, since he already triaged it.

Yes, fourth or fifth is awful but in lieu of better numbers, this mess is great for him!

Yes though who knows how much it will matter if we are lucky enough to get results. If we do, will this cluster f**k overshadow the results itself or not?

If this is true (and it isn't aboslutely certain), then what's the race?

Bernie-Pete-Bloomberg?
Bernie-Pete-Warren?
Bernie-Pete-Biden?
Something else?

We can all probably agree that the actual results don't matter and that the real primary campaign begins on Tuesday. Biden could be out of business today. Thanks to the shadowy app vendor linked to Pete's campaign nobody will notice how horribly he did.
