Good news for Warren

It is a metaphor for the Iowa Democratic party shattering into pieces.

Amazing that the DNC app is having difficulties tonight while Atlas hasn't crashed yet.

Thanks to Virginia!!!!   Smiley

Honestly was on the bus home from work with a "layover" and eagerly logged into Atlas around 5:20 PST and didn't do it through my Atlas log in and was able to stay on for about (15) Minutes before I got bumped....

It's everyone who aren't members that are suffering (Not that there's tons to see here yet either)....

I wanna smack the face of whoever thought this app and the 16-different types of counts would be a good idea.

Politico shows no (zero) "precincts reporting," while Daily Kos shows 33/1765.
Which is correct?
Why the (large) difference between one and the other?

I think the precincts that have reported are from the satellite caucuses.

Ahhhh, OK
That makes sense now.
Thank you.

Is the process different for this than the 2016 GOP caucuses?  It was also a contested race between several parties, but I thought we were gradually getting votes 4 years ago.

Is this going to end up being a MASSIVE vote dump when the dam finally breaks?

That what it sounds like from what I've heard on TV.

At this time, 97% of the precincts were in and Ted Cruz was projected the winner

Man the alcohol is wearing off and I'm sober and bored now

Have some more drinks and listen to the BRTD Soundtrack of Iowa Bands (Which I haven't done yet, but increasingly an option).

The GOP does not have the same caucus process. The Democratic Party is the party of community wheeling and dealing.

The real problem is the ridiculous "state delegate equivalent" system. The should follow the GOP and just go by the raw vote total, so much simpler and more democratic.

Can someone provide a thumbnail summary of the difference between the two systems?

MSNBC is saying that they are getting zero response from the Iowa Democratic Party to any of their questions.

Iowa DNC just said they aren’t releasing any results officially yet for “quality control” with an “abundance of caution” and will give “no ETA”... this sounds fishy.

This makes me embarrassed to be a Dem.
You really should've already been embarrassed to be a Dem.

I'd be more embarrassed to be a socialist seeing as you have absolutely no power in the US and have dumbasses like AOC and Bernie leading your movement
Both are infinitely smarter than you because they actually see that there's something wrong with the system.

And this argument is why Trump still might be reelected. Sad

On the GOP side, 82% of precincts have reported, and it’s:

Trump 97%
Weld 1%
Walsh 1%

Trump’s worst county is Jefferson County, which is:

Trump 81%
Walsh 18%
Weld 1%

CNN just said 25% of precincts reporting statewide, in the internal DNC system.

Turnout at 2016 levels (ca. 172.000)
