My opinion on the matter is that businesses shouldn’t be allowed to sue you just because you wrote a bad review of them. They are not individual people. If someone legitimately had a horrible experience and wrote a bad review, it shows a lot of audacity for the business to sue them.

No if you are merely critical of their product or service, but if you claim a restaurant is rat infested or a front for a child sex ring when they aren't, then yes.

you should probably be able to sue for anything, and judges should be able to take your money for wasting everyone's time.
