Last one for PA! This district has a PVI of R+3. Currently represented by Democrat Connor Lamb, PA-17 consists of Beaver County with the additions of western/northern Allegheny County and a part of southwestern Butler County. In 2016, Trump won (the equivalent of) this district by 2.5%

Republican challengers include Sean Parnell, Brian Thomsen, and Scott Timko.

This. Or for governor. He should make an arrangement with John Fetterman to avoid running against each other. Probaby Lamb makes a better senator and Fetterman a better governor. Either constellation would be fine and I could see them winning even in a Biden or Bernie midterm.

Likely D. It's clear from the 2018 results that Lamb has enough crossover appeal that he can survive even if Trump wins the district by a small amount.

Likely D, Strong Candidate Conor LambTM will win fairly easily, and could definitely contend for statewide in 2022 (especially if his district gets too red for his liking).

I'm donating to Sean Parnell in a few minutes to help us take back this seat from Lamb the Sham, one of the fakest moderates to ever disgrace the halls of congress!

Likely D. The Allegheny County part of the district seems like it will have a modest swing against Trump, which combined with Lamb's crossover appeal (he has more than this Parnell guy for sure) should be enough for him to win.

I expect Lamb’s margin to decrease some this year but he should still be fairly safe barring a Trump surge. Likely D

Amid the latest attacks on Lamb, I can only imagine this helps Lamb with Trump's flailing approval ratings. Not to mention, Parnell is not really turning out to be the A+ candidate he was hyped up to be.

Meanwhile, watching his interview on Morning Joe, he is absolutely going to be a statewide candidate in 2022 or 2024. He's perfect for PA.

Biden is going to win this district...expect a big margin in the northern Allegheny portion of PA-17 than should more than cancel out Trump's win in Beaver.
