No idea what Biden would look for in a VP. Unless it's Obama himself, I could see him picking Sebelius believing she would satisfy Hillary supporters somehow. Or maybe as a tit-for-tat with Palin being a female governor from the west. Or maybe because he likes her as a fellow "tough" Irish Catholic. This is Biden we're talking about here. The ticket is probably decently strong in the rural midwest, but he loses Indiana because he loses Obama's Chicago factor and North Carolina because black voters are less excited. 350 EV victory.
