Depends. I can be intelligent when the situation calls for it, but when the situation calls for me to be stupid, I can abandon the few brain cells I have.

I don't like to think in this way. It very easily leads to narcissism and hubris.

I prefer to think in terms of knowing my strengths and weaknesses, playing to my strengths, and backing myself to succeed.

I think I can be fairly thoughtful when I seriously put my mind to task on something. Unfortunately, I'm also terribly lazy, so that doesn't happen very often.

Intelligence is defined roughly as the ratio of your mental age over your physical age.

My level of smartness has not changed in my life, but I have got older.

Therefore intelligence drops with age.

Whilst having a degree in Physics means I am not dumb, over the years, one fails to use the more advanced parts of the brain and you end up sitting on the rocking chair on the porch with a shotgun.

I'm incredibly dim, somewhat salvaged by the fact that I read a lot of stuff.

For all intensive purposes, I have already been a teacher of English in this doggy dog world given my sheer breath of experiences with an incredibly diverse amount of people on the glow bulls age, and I swear on my mother's mating name that I have told the truth, the hole truth, and nutting butt the truth.

Yes.

There are a lot of things I'm insecure about, but this isn't one of them.

That being said, I somewhat live in a bubble.  For the past 20 years, I've worked in office where >90% of my co-workers have college degrees, and my friends are probably much the same.  I'm seldom around people who aren't in the top 15%, and I'm not sure I understand what average intelligence is.

Hey, y'all. Self-deprecating humor is fun and all, and being able to poke fun at yourself is very good proof that you're not a narcissist, but I just want to remind you that you are all great people, and I hope that you understand that you should just try and be careful so you don't spiral into a pit of harsh self-hatred like me. I'm starting to get better at it, but I'm still trying. Just wanted to remind you all to be kind to yourselves, that's all.

Purple heart

Kinda have to, or ironically, I'd be quite foolish to even attempt my current field of choice...that said, until the b%^tard exam is passed....

I'm not trying to piss on y’all or anything, but there's a very good chance I'm smarter than all of you. When I was in the second grade I took a test called the CogAt (CogAt is short for Cognitive Aptitude in case you didn't pick up on that). Basically it tests the cognitive skills of millions of eight year-olds throughout the United States and ranks you accordingly. I scored in the 99th percentile, the genius level. My teachers were so impressed they had me take an IQ test. I received a score of 143 (the absolute intellectual elite) and then skipped two grades. "Break it down for me because I'm still not getting it" you might be saying to yourself right now. It's statistically unlikely that your brain can compete with mine. I'm kind of a rare person. So the next time you're about to question something I'm saying, the next time you want to argue that your opinion is just as valid as mine--think twice. Weigh your options carefully. Be careful. I'm not going to go easy on you just because you're not as smart as me. This is your one and only warning.
