Taking the OH GOP redistricting compromise and pulling a real redistricting commission ballot initiative really seems to working out for Democrats doesn't it.

They are also supposed to attempt to make districts compact. I don't see how a Cincinnati/rural county district is compact.

I think OH-01 would have trouble in the courts, no effort to make it compact at all. OH-09 is surprisingly competitive at only about Trump +4, Kaptur could could easily win that.
