Good work! Kinda annoying they want Fairfield when Franklin + Delware + Morrow is like exactly 2 districts.

Looks like Ohio Republicans are cool with letting the court draw the maps.

We are now at the stage were Ohio Republicans are basically saying the State Supreme Court is wrong.

What are the odds that the court keeps striking down the maps until they get Democratic buy in?

Are we sure that the Congressional map will now need to be redrawn in 4 years? I've seen some legal interpretation that may only apply to the legislative maps.

So when is the OHSC expected to rule on the new congressional map? This should be an open-and-shut case given the criteria already laid out in the previous ruling.

Nobody??

At this point I think everyone has lost track of where we are.

Someone really needs to organize a drive to get a Michigan style redistricting system on the ballot for 2024.

Yeah, I have zero moral issues redrawing NY if Republicans are going to do the same in NC.

Some changes were made (not sure what), and these maps got unanimous support of the board and will be locked in for the next 8 years.
