Van Drew, easily. He will be painted as a traitor to Democrats. Republicans I've seen have been cautious of him so far. He would not get the turnout needed to win, even with Trump's endorsement.

It depends of what do you mean by ,,another republican’’ ; now look Van Drew is a former Democrat who left his lifelong party because of the increasingly influence of far left morons inside this party, many voters in this district actually fit pretty well this description.

"Another Republican" is too ambiguous. The random activist who beats JVD in the Republican primary is absolutely easier to beat. But, if JVD didn't run for reelection (or just didn't switch parties), the establishment Republican who got nominated would be a stronger candidate.
