Im sure a larger proportion back in those days would say Bush was better than Lincoln. I went back and looked at many old threads about Bush and they loved Bush even more than Trump and these numbers show it.

The reason for that poll is a huge percentage of this nation is ignorant of history and would probably go with incumbent president of their own party over any President in American history. Is it Sad and Ignorant yes
