I have a feeling Klobuchar will run if Biden doesn’t.

And, it now looks like he'll also be there in April:

Meanwhile, Klobuchar is heading to New Hampshire on March 5th:

In the current Republican Party Politicians like Hogan or Christie have no chance of winning the Republican Nomination. That is a FACT.

If the Republicans retake the House the Trump Wing of the Party will become even more emboldened.

CPAC starts on Thursday, the 24th.  Like last year, it’ll be held in Orlando.  Speakers are listed here:

https://cpac.conservative.org/speakers/

And include such potential 2024ers as Trump, DeSantis, Cruz, Rick Scott, Rubio, Pompeo, Noem, Gaetz, and Owens.

Last week, Hogan said that he’ll “take a look” at a presidential run:

https://thehill.com/homenews/sunday-talk-shows/594039-hogan-certainly-going-to-take-a-look-at-2024-presidential-bid?rl=1

Quote
“I'm concerned about the direction of the party and the country. And I will make a decision about 2024 after I finish this job,” he added.

Pressed on if he is considering a presidential bid, Hogan said “We're certainly going to take a look at it after January of '23.”

Rick Scott publishes a 31 page plan to "Save America", covering pretty much every national issue. Launches a PAC as well.

Rick Scott will be lucky to hit 1% in Iowa. Unlimited money can only take him so far.

And it looks like, in addition to the Iowa trip mentioned above, which happens in about 2 weeks, Pompeo is also going on another trip to Iowa tomorrow....and then again in April:

https://news.yahoo.com/2024-watch-pompeo-back-iowa-171250927.html

Quote
Pompeo, a former congressman from Kansas who served as CIA director and later as America’s top diplomat during former President Donald Trump’s administration, will be in Des Moines on Wednesday, as he is featured on an inaugural panel assembled by the newly created Bastion Institute.

The trip to Iowa – whose caucuses for half a century have kicked off the presidential nominating calendar – is Pompeo’s third over the past year. And the West Point graduate, who served as an Army officer stationed in Germany during the Cold War, returns to the Hawkeye State next month (March 11) to headline an Iowa GOP fundraiser in Davenport, which is located along the Mississippi River in the eastern part of the state.

Fox News has also learned that Pompeo will head back to Iowa again in April for events in the western part of the state.

On March 30th, there’ll be a fundraiser in DC for the New Hampshire GOP, and Cruz, Cotton, Rick Scott, and Tim Scott will all be participating:

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/02/15/new-hampshire-gop-fundraiser-draws-2024-hopefuls-00009035

Meanwhile, Politico also notes the large amount of $ that was spent by prospective 2024 GOP candidates last year on email list building and online fundraising, including several who aren’t up for reelection this year…most notably Cruz:

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/02/23/presidential-race-2024-online-fundraising-00010885

Quote
The prime example is Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), whose campaign committee spent a whopping $13.6 million overall in 2021 — more than almost every senator running for reelection in 2022, even though Cruz’s seat isn’t up for two more years. At least $3.3 million of that went into digital services, while Sen. Josh Hawley’s (R-Mo.) campaign spent $1.7 million online last year. Two PACs started by contenders currently out of office, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, spent $2.4 million and $1.4 million online, respectively.

And hanging over everything is former President Donald Trump, whose Save America political operation spent $6.4 million on digital politicking in 2021, including $2.8 million on ads, according to data shared by Bully Pulpit Interactive, a Democratic firm that tracks these expenditures.

“Anyone who’s serious about running for president in 2024 has already begun building a campaign behind the scenes, and the foundation of a good campaign is a big database of supporters,” said Alex Conant, a Republican consultant who worked on Marco Rubio’s 2016 presidential bid. “You can’t wait until you launch your campaign to build an online donor base.”

Rick Scott's CPAC speech seems to indicate to me that he's looking to run for President in 2024.

Quote
Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) defended his proposed outline for what Republicans should do if they recapture control of the Senate this year, bucking critics on both sides of the aisle who have knocked the plan since its release earlier this week.

Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando on Saturday, Scott delivered a tirade against what he described as a “woke” society, saying that Republicans should not be “timid” in their approach to the 2022 midterm elections.

“Based on the way Democrats are attacking me this week, I say we hit the bull's-eye,” Scott, the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, said. “The fight to rescue America from socialism is our fight.”

Scott’s remarks came days after he released a 31-page memo detailing his vision for the Republican agenda should the GOP take back control of the Senate in this year’s midterm elections.

The proposals include making every American pay at least some income tax and completing former construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and naming it after former President Trump.

......

But Scott, who’s seen as a possible 2024 presidential hopeful or contender for the role of Senate Republican leader, has sought to stake out a reputation as a conservative leader, bypassing the likes of current Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) by introducing a governing agenda.

Trump on 2024:

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-condemns-russia-invasion-says-he-prays-ukrainian-people-2022-02-27/

Quote
Trump has not confirmed whether he will run for president again in 2024, but has hinted at it heavily recently and did so again on Saturday.

"On November 2024, they (Democrats) will find out like never before. We did it twice, and we'll do it again. We're going to be doing it again, a third time," Trump said.

Marsha Blackburn will be speaking at a GOP event in New Hampshire on March 18th:

https://www.wmur.com/article/marsha-blackburn-new-hampshire-2022/39173299#

And then on April 9th, she’ll be at the Faith & Freedom Coalition “spring kick-off” in Iowa:

https://happeningnext.com/event/iowa-faith-andamp-freedom-coalition-22nd-annual-spring-kick-off-eid4snuf09fa21

She was asked about these trips to early primary states at CPAC this weekend, and dodged the question about whether she has presidential ambitions:

Cruz on 2024:

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-at-cpac-once-again-teases-2024-cruz-tells-fox-news-trump-gets-to-decide-first

Quote
Asked about his timetable in 2024, when he is also up for reelection to the Senate, Cruz told Fox News, "There'll be plenty of time for that. Everybody is waiting to see what Donald Trump decides to do. He gets to decide first, and we will find out. Nobody knows what Trump will do and everyone will react accordingly."

Hawley was also asked about 2024 at CPAC:

Trump wins the CPAC Straw Poll, and in fact does better than he did last year.

Quote
At the annual gathering of conservatives in Orlando, former President Donald Trump delivered his strongest signal yet he plans to run for president again in 2024 — and if he does — a straw poll shows he has the support of a majority of Conservative Political Action Conference attendees.

Trump won 59 percent support from attendees when asked their preference of potential 2024 presidential candidates, according to results released Sunday.

“So much for him fading,” pollster Jim McLaughlin said from the stage as he announced the results, noting that Trump had gained 4 percentage points since last year’s CPAC straw poll in Orlando.

Popular Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis had 28 percent support. All other candidates drew minimal support

https://media.conservative.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2022/02/27124554/CPAC-2022-Survey-02-27-22-Topline.pdf

Trump leads DeSantis 59.1-28.4, but in a poll without Trump, DeSantis leads Pompeo 61.4-6.3.

Kinzinger on 2024:

https://rollcall.com/2022/02/28/kinzinger-to-keep-fight-against-trumpism-going-after-house-but-hedges-on-2024/

Quote
Asked outside the ballroom if he was hinting at a presidential race, he said the super PAC he leads, Country First, has been building support and he wants to “see where that goes.”

“I am excited about continuing the fight for the country. At some point you’ve got to look and say, ‘Is the House the best place to do it?’ I think 12 years in the House is a long time for me. But I don’t intend to give up on the fight for the country,” he said.

Asked if he was definitely not running for president, Kinzinger, who turned 44 on Sunday, replied: “I’m definitely not announcing I’m running for president.”

Cheney/Kinzinger 2024 ticket here we go! Can't wait for them to get 0.6% of the vote, waste hundreds of millions of establishment neolib/neocon dollars and be permanently humiliated.
