D+373 votes.

1.898.443 votes - D (49.49%)
1.898.070 votes - R (49.48%)
     39.618 votes - O (1.03%)

The last time this has happened was in 1991.

Whaaaaat? How on earth did they smash their R+1 ceiling in the Safe R Popular Vote?!?!?!1?

Fortunately, KY, LA, and MS are all much more elastic than FL, so don't worry, the R+0.1295376 ceiling for Democrats still applies there. Smiley
