They have Rispone at 30 with blacks and JBE at 38 with whites. It's junk.

Good news for Bel Edwards with a junk sample like this.  If he's able to get 49% of the vote with a #Blexit sample, which we know isn't going to happen, then he's probably got this thing in the bag.
