I actually thought of a possibility.

A once tea party supporter who supported Bevin against Mcconnell and Cruz for president who voted against trump due to disagreement on free trade but still saw Bevin as a tea party conservative.

I thought of that too but the issue is that type of person has no reason to vote for Hillary, especially if they're a "constitutional conservative" that likes Cruz. But I think we can all accept that many voters are irrational in their behavior and don't make ideological reasoning with their votes.
