What is JCP?  Who is in it? Why would I be rejected by being an independent?  Why would folks not look behind the label to the person, and his or her qualifications and temperament for high office?

But that is where I live, and work. The place I know, and love. The place I was born. Is some machine controlling the place, behind the curtain?

Well I shall run as an independent. If I lose because of it, so be it. I think I am well qualified for the office, and hope folks will consider me with an open mind. I favor no faction, I oppose no faction, I will do my best to serve all with good judgment,  based on my knowledge and experience. Cheers.

How are the constituency voters created by the way. Is it where you live, or what?  With whom should I be campaigning, and about what?  God, I need a manager! LOL. Any volunteers?

Hi, Torie. I'm the only anti-JCP voter in the Pacific. Glad to see you've joined the cause.

It appears to be quixotic, but I offer myself up as I am. Let others judge me. I hope it won't be a party line thing. We know each other well enough to judge each as individuals - the good, the bad, and the ugly -  I would hope. Good luck to you!

Thank you for the warm welcome Jas. I appreciate it. I currently am trying to do my homework by reading up on Atlasia, including finding out who the voters are in my region. I feel a bit like Rip Van Winkle.

Ya, this SDP  party seemed to have emerged from Zeus' body like a fully grown Athena. It must have been gestated PM. Now, there is nothing wrong with plotting the next chess board moves behind closed doors. It is what makes Atlasia great actually. And I have some more constituents to boot!
