And treating them as such or inventing some "POC" bloc shows extreme ignorance of historical primaries amongst other things. CMV.

indeed, white and Asian-American Democrats might as well recognize that blacks and Hispanics are essential to Democratic wins in 2020 and later. The Republican party is the party of the tribe of people who first identify as white.

Exactly.  And Democratic operatives are stupid to think that.

It's true that, so far at least, African Americans, latinos and Asians have completely different preferences when it comes to which candidates they support. And neither of those subgroups have similar preferences with white voters either. Making this probably the most confusing and least predictable Democratic primary season ever. Especially when you take into account the huge discrepancy between younger and older voters as well. As well as the huge influx of previously apathetic voters/non-voters/previously not registered, as well as record numbers of independents (both in percentage/actual number of voters, and in intent of voting in Democratic primaries) and voters who have switches from Republican to Democratic registration in order to be eligible to vote in the upcoming primaries.

Nothing in particular although it was spurned by this recent Julian Castro comment:

Take a look at 2008 and even much of 2016 to see how in bloc blacks and Hispanics vote.
