Yep, I agree. The Chair of the DNC should devote his efforts to fundraising and running the party organisation but never be the party spokesman per se

Don't forget the comperable period is 2001, and not 2003.

However, the media has a vendetta against him, since he'd undo the changes the FCC made to get rid of monopoly restrictions on the media.
