I don't believe the Democrats will win Texas in 2020, but it's trending their way.  As such, spending money there is justified.  Georgia is more likely to swing to the Democrats than Texas, however.

Eh, if you'd posted that Michigan was in play in 2015, Atlas would have laughed you down.
So while it's unlikely, I'm not going to rule it out quite yet.
