Without Perot, Would states like Nebraska, Kansas or South Dakota have any chance of going Democrat? or would Bush win a second term?

Tbf without Perot I think Bush would have even beaten Clinton.

I think what especially hurt Bush was the combination of being up against a moderate Democrat and being attacked on two sides.
