Ranking the MCU by phase

For those who have seen relatively close to all the MCU movies, what is your ranking of the movies by their own phases?

Here are all the ones I never seen at least once
Captain Marvel
Ragnarok
Far From Home
Ant Man and Wasp

With that out of the way, here is Phase one for me -best to worst-

Iron Man One
First Avenger
Avengers
Thor
Hulk
Iron Man Two

Phase Two, best to worst

Winter Soldier
Ant Man
Guardians
Iron Man Three
Dark World
Age of Ultron

Phase Three, best to worst

Infinity War
Homecoming
Doctor Strange
Endgame
Civil War
Guardians Two
Black Panther

Phase One:
1. Iron Man
2. The Avengers
3. Captain America
4. Thor
5. The Hulk
6. Iron Man 2

Phase Two:
1. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
2. Guardians of the Galaxy
3. Avengers: Age of Ultron
4. Ant-Man
5. Iron Man 3
6. Thor: The Dark World

Phase Three:
1. Spider-Man: Homecoming
2. Avengers: Infinity War
3. Black Panther
4. Guardians of the Galaxy 2
5. Captain America: Civil War
6. Doctor Strange
7. Thor: Ragnarok
8. Ant-Man and the Wasp

Phase three is the best by far when it comes to averaging them out by phases, the top five of those listed would be in my top ten of Marvel movies overall.

I have yet to see Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, and Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Bold are the ones that I think are actually very good movies

Phase One:
Iron Man
The Avengers
Captain America
Thor
Iron Man 2
Hulk

Phase Two:
Winter Soldier
Guardians
Ant Man
Age of Ultron
Thor: The Dark World
Iron Man 3

Phase Three:
Avengers: Infinity War
Guardians 2
Thor Ragnarok
Civil War
Endgame
Black Panther
Ant Man 2
Doctor Strange
Captain Marvel

Phase 3 is definitely the best of the phases.
