If Abe Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Eisenhower and Ronald Reagan were brought back from the dead, and then they all harshly condemned Trump's corruption and demanded that he resign or be impeached, would Republicans turn on him? I am curious how strong the Trump cult would be versus the Reagan worship Republicans, especially those who are 50+ have.

Reagan doing so would reduce his approval among Republicans to the low 70's. Adding the rest to the pile-on would get it down the the high 60's.

Trump's approval, or Reagan's approval?

Trump is being supported by GOP voters because he is the Republican president currently, and thus is the current focal point of the culture war.  If Zombie Reagan or whoever was currently president instead of Trump, then Zombie Reagan would similarly be supported by GOP voters no matter what he did, while Trump wouldn't be.

Republicans would request that DNA samples were taken from the so-called ex-Presidents to prove that they were who they claimed to be.  Once proof was provided, they would then question the scientists who conducted the tests and the science behind it.  Rumors would begin popping up in alt-right circles that the ex-Presidents are actually the same actors used in the faked moon landing footage.  At the same time, other Republicans talking heads would be going on TV and claiming that Abe, Teddy, Eisenhower and Regan weren't real Republicans anyways.

Florida businessmen with Giuliani, Ukraine ties won’t comply with impeachment inquiry
Quote
Two South Florida businessman who peddled supposedly explosive information from Ukraine about corruption involving Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton will not comply with a request for documents and depositions from three House committees overseeing an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman will not respond to a Monday deadline for documents and do not plan to appear for depositions scheduled for Thursday and Friday, their attorney John Dowd told the Miami Herald.

“No response planned,” Dowd, who helped defend Trump during part of the recently concluded Russia investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller, said in email.

If Congress allows this to stand, it's giving up and any impeachment inquiry will ultimately be just for show - we will be living under a de facto dictatorship.

Those were "requests".  Next step is a subpoena, right?

Elissa Slotkin went to a 65% Trump town to explain why she thought an impeachment inquiry was appropriate and predictably got mobbed by a handful of cultists

The right wing media as a whole seems to be shifting to the strategy of "It's bad, but not impeachment worthy" now.

I’m well aware that the Senate will never remove him (even if he committed genocide), but I’m eager for a forced up down vote just to watch Collins suffer

If I had to bet, I would bet you're correct. But at the same time, the longer that this goes on the more damage Mr. Trump does to himself. I think it's at least possible that, like Charles I of England, he manages to talk himself into getting removed from office by the Senate. And that in turn is assuming that his deteriorating mental and physical state doesn't lead to a resignation. Or that the continuing investigations don't lead to the reveal of something that makes the Republicans change direction like a school of fish, moving away from Mr. Trump.

Or "It's bad, but not as bad as not having our Great and Infallible Leader (to wage the culture war)"

Guessing that what she did was to give a rational and fact-laden explanation, that was probably the last thing that Trump cultists wanted to hear. Trump cultivates and exploits irrationality.

It seems to be down to, it's only impeachable if the black Kenyan Muslim guy did it.

New Washington Post poll has 58% supporting impeachment inquiry and 38% not. Biggest margin by far so far.

28% among Republicans, with 64% of those saying he should Be removed. That’s gotta be a high too.
