If you take into account things like diet, exercise, vaping/smoking, drinking, drugs, meditation, etc.
If you tend to get sick or have hereditary illness, or pre-existing conditions, that is not a negative as far as what you are doing to improve your overall health and life expectancy.

If you live on beer, candy and potato chips and never exercise, for example, you might vote below zero.

I smoke, i'm addicted to coca cola zero. I skip meals a lot of the time, suffer from disordered eating. I occassionaly smoke marijuana. I sometimes drink beer, and live mostly on chocolate. I exercise sometimes, but condition is much lower than it used to be.

like, maybe 1. The only "healthy" thing I have going for me is that I exercise as much as possible just to take my mind off things.

But I only get an average of like 4-5 hours of sleep a night and pretty much live on a diet of pizza, pepsi, and vodka, so that's not good. Oh also I've been smoking cigars a lot more regularly, which is really bad, I know.

Gave it an 8.  I eat fairly healthy, exercise (though I could do it more often), get plenty of sleep, don't smoke or do other drugs, drink a small amount (i.e. a glass of wine 2 or 3 times a week).  I think I've taken one(?) sick day in the past year.  I'm in pretty good shape for my age.  Could stand to lose a little weight.

Physically, I have improved. Cut sugar to three days a week, don't drink alcohol, went from 100 to 83 kilos over a year, and have improved my diet considerably.

Mentally? I still struggle to find a reason to wake up every day.

I exercise regularly and am regarded as a health freak (or at least some kind of freak) at work because I eat carrots every night. That said, sleep schedule could definitely use some improvements (largely for occupational reasons)

I'd say 8.

Even though my BMI is still slightly below 25, I could do more exercising. I go for walks frequently, but not that much sports beyond that; at least on a regular basis. However, I don't smoke (never have) and my alcohol consumption is very moderate. Other than that, I don't drink unhealthy soft drinks such as coke; only water, coffee, tea and various juices. My nutrition has definitely improved over the last 2-3 years. I eat fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, fish at least once or twice a week. I rarely have fast food since I prefer self-cooking or restaurants. I may eat a little too much meat, potato chips, chocolate, cookies and ice cream, though.

Sleep schedule is an absolute disaster, can't help it, whether it's video games or the internet. Apart from that, everything is good, physically and mentally.

9.

Swam 9km in the last 3 days and run 8.4km.

The swimming is really start to feel like walking. When you first start swimming, it feels like synchronised drowning.

And for public speaking, my diaphragm does not waiver at all anymore.

Maybe that is why lawyers swim so much.

I drink less and work out more, diet could still use some improvement though.  I've gained almost 30 lbs of muscle weight in the past year.  Solid 7.

6, up from 3 last year.

I'm not all that active, except for work and I don't make the best food choices. However, I am attempting to lose weight (I'm 196, down from a peak of 204 in June). My goal is to get down to 145 (I want so badly for my size 32 pants to fit again). I don't binge eat astronomical amounts of junk food like I used to, and increased my water intake.

5. I drink too much coke and tinned crap but I've cut down on a lot of stuff. I rarely use salt, eat sugary things a lot less often and don't eat crisps at all anymore. I also walk more.

The proper term is rabbit people.

(I lied and gave myself a 6.)

It's 3 AM as I type this. I'm sitting in a dorm room sink eating vending machine donuts and washing them down with 2% milk. I am doing this because I accidentally half-starved myself again, because I have a midterm tomorrow and I have to be up at 9.

You do the math.

I don't smoke or vape, I rarely drink outside of social gatherings, I rarely eat foods that are processed (salami, ham, etc.) or foods that have added sugar in them (chocolate, most yogurts, etc.) and I never eat fried food, I don't over eat and I have sound nutrition (lean meat, avocado, cauliflower, beans, etc.), I regularly go to the gym (3-5 times a week for 1-2 hour sessions) and on days I don't gym I do cardio exercise and I do ab workouts most days.

Overall I'd give myself an 8.5 or 9 out of 10. One aspect of my lifestyle that I do need to improve on is my sleep as I have a tendency to stay up late, though I do manage to get 7-9 hours of sleep most nights.

I am a little less depressed than I was a few months back, don’t have a great sleep schedule, have gotten even fatter and don’t really exercise much. Probably like a 3.

I'm underweight, I don't sleep very well, I stay up late, my diet is somewhat poor, and I am constantly anxious.

On the plus side, I've been exercising a bit more than I used to.

I don't know if that all warrants a 1 or not.

7-8. I could do with a bit more sleep, a bit healthier food, and a bit more exercise. Driving less would probably be nice too for my mental health, but I have a 90 mile round trip commute. 🤷‍♂️
