I'm glad he isn't running. I don't like him that much as a senator, but Democrats need to keep the seat. I guess he'll still vote for most bills and candidates a Democratic president puts forward in 2021.

The only Dems in WV who can win are Carte Goodwin and Richard Ojeda

WV is a red state, but can elect Democrats under certain circumstances

Ojeda hasn't a chance statewide. He failed by a wide margin in his congressional race in a blue wave year. Manchin carried his district, that he lost badly. West Virginia voters aren't secret left-wing populists.
