This has consistently been Warren's best poll and one of Bernie's weaker ones, so it certainly appears that Bernie is making a solid comeback unless this is an outlier, which 1 in 20 polls from the same pollster will be statistically. Next round of polls should be good!

I'm confused as to why he's comparing to an entire month ago versus... last week?

Harris is done. Sanders is out polling Biden in North East, West & is tied in the Mid-West. Biden 3% lead is only due to the South where also he holds less than 1/4th of the vote.

Again Iowa & NH will be very important. If Bernie wins that he wins Nevada.. And if he wins all 3, a huge portion of the black voters shift to him making even South Carolina potentially competitive.

Warren has taken a bit of the White vote, largely, older ones from Sanders & some young voters too.

This is one the reasons for why I'd like for everyone except the top five to just drop out: it's practically a horse race between Sanders, Warren and Biden at this point, and it would be easier to tell who will come out victorious without such a crowded field muddling the numbers at the present.
