Hard to tell if the dominant motivator is treason, dementia, or his hatred of Obama (itself likely the result of mental illness).

Likely all three, but Trump has no allegiance beyond his own narcissism. If AOC or Antifa started praising him, he would immediately start tweeting about how smart and right they were.

Just don't take this 72-year old guy seriously, like it's supposed to the peoples in his age. I stopped doing that after Elijah Cummings remarks.

I'd love to ignore Mr. Trump and his reality tv ravings. Unfortunately, the group of modern Nazis, white supremacist terrorists, heretical religious fanatics, Russian agents, and lobbyists for billionaires that goes by the handle "The Republican Party" has managed acquire enough political power to install him in the (aptly named) White House and keep him there, even as his current reality TV show survives thanks to an audience that just can't look away from the nation-sized wreck in progress.
