He should wait to see if Warren becomes prez and run in Special, it would be much easier for him

There is a reasonable explanation for this: if Kennedy fails to unseat Markey, Warren has a reasonably good chance to be Prez, if need be, a Special is set 150 days after vacancy. Baker will set it, and in a tied Senate, Kennedy would be the tie breaker

My prediction is Markey beats Kennedy and Warren wins nomination and Kennedy wins Special.  He is putting his name out in case there is a Special with Warren

I don’t even know where to start.

Warren won’t win the nomination.

Markey beating Kennedy would be an enormous upset.

Warren will win, she is closing the gap.  I said Kennedy is putting his name out there in case there is one. Of course he wants to beat Markey, but in case he doesn't, the Special is another option

We have so many Dems in MA that would be great Senators

I am excited for Joe Kennedy, either by defeating Markey, or if need be, a special for Warren seat, Joe can come to the Senate.

Kerry tried to assume power due to his connection with Teddy Kennedy and Markey didnt anything substantial in the Senate. Most MA liberals havent done anything

Even Markey wins this race, there's a good chance Kennedy will be voted into office as a result of a Special election; due to Warren boasting better numbers against Biden.  So, hate for Kennedy wont do any good

What has Markey done, we dont need another Joe Biden in the Senate. Kennedy would be an exception Senator willing to legislate.

We already got Ben Cardin who fooled the MD voters whom said he was this raving liberal instead of Mfume. He will be next to bevprimaried out.

Markey is less likely to win, with Warren endorsement, since she wont be nominated

Kennedy campaigned with Beto, he is encouraged to run by Beto. Kennedy wont crash and burn he is rich enough to have a sustained campaign

Most donations are done on-line he has plenty of support

Kennedy's campaign is based on the Dems improving campaign on promise of a political takeover the Senate; AZ and CO are gone and Dems have IA, NC, GA, TX, KY, KS, AK, AL, MT and ME to takeover majority. This is the same 2008 senate class that got Dems up to 60 seats in 2008, with at least 5 seat pickups

Cardin hasmt had a competetive race either in primary or general since 2006 with Mfume and Steele.

Dems like Baker and Jealous have gone for Gov.

No I dont like Cardin or Markey, they are party-line voters that dont do anything substantial while they're in Senate.

The Warren endorsement doesnt do any good no ways. The Jewish vote is going to Joe Kennedy, with the Kennedys so close to Israel, and Joe Biden was close as Veep, to Israel. Biden will get the nomination, anyways. Thats why Biden and Kennedys are self sufficient in fundraising; as a result of, Jewish, AARP money, and Union donors

As long as Leader McConnell is in charge of Senate, nothing will get done; thus, voters will change that next yr.

Kennedy definitely want in on the Senate, he is close to Van Hollen, too, despite what CCM said about DSCC helping Markey, whom is a party-line vote like boring Ben Cardin.

He definitely thinks the Dems will reclaim the majority; as a result, he is ready for the filibuster reform

This was not especially coherent so I can't engage with the rest of the post, but Markey is nothing like Ben Cardin

They both dont pariicularly stand out much in the Senate, thats why Mfune almost won in 2006, but Rashurn Baker and Jealous decided to run for Gov instead of challenging Cardin in 2018.  Thats why Cardin won.

Kennedy is friends with Van Hollen, whom both of them have ties to the Kathleen Kennedy-Townseed, which is Joe Kennedy's sister. Thats why I am supporting Joe Kennedy

Thats what primary elections are for, to get the best person in office. People are free to vote for whomever they wish, but Kennedy has been leading in the polls

She explicitly endorsed Markey in a video last month but praised Kennedy, who after all is her former student.

Joe Kennedy doesnt need an endorsement from Warren due to the fact that if Warren becomes President, he or Pressler would be running for the other seat; thus nullifying a victory of Kennedy by Markey, if there is one
