Bernie Sanders stated that as president, if any Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill (from either chamber) were to obstruct his policy agenda, he would visit the home states and/or districts of these lawmakers and hold rallies there to highlight these lawmakers' obstruction to their constituents/voters.

Do you think this strategy would be effective in getting lawmakers to "fall in line"? Additionally, do you think other political candidates should consider emulating this strategy?
