August 2019 FEDERALIST PARTY CONVENTION
Welcome Back to San Antonio, Texas

There would be a pic here, but I would rather not get sued

Our Mission: Is the empowering individuals instead of government and the empowering of regions instead of the centralized state. We are committed to liberty and equality for all, and the checks and balances that protect both. We are committed to the preservation of markets and market choice. We welcome all players, both new and old and value their contributions to the game.

So let's kick this thing off.  Mr. Chairman, if it is in order, I hereby request party endorsement in the campaign for House of Representatives.

I considered using the new city, but I consider that this miderm would technically full under the previous General Election cycle as a midterm and thus saved the new city for the October convention site. Its something we should have been more specific about though we did hold the city vote for October the same time the bylaw was being voted on that created midterm conventions so yea, San Antonio.

We could hold a city vote at the end of this one for December.

Mr. Chairman,

If I may, I'd like to address the convention regarding my candidacy.

As you probably know, the Labor/Peace alliance of the left holds all three branches of power.  This is good for their brand of socialism, but not for freedom.  As such, we as Federalists need to step up, and re-double our efforts to protect liberty.

I believe that, in the case of freedom, we need to take control of at least one chamber of the Atlasian Congress.  Our best chance to do so, in my opinion, is in the House.  You will note that Labor holds a slim majority there, five members to four.  This presents us with a great opportunity.  If we can unseat just two Laborites, we will hold a House majority.

Fellow Federalists, I believe that the time is right for a return to common-sense government.  Therefore, I have decided to step out from the sidelines, and run for House.

This mission of change, "if we choose to accept it", will undoubtedly be difficult.  Some may even call this "mission impossible".  To them, I say why not us, and why not now? It's not time for us to back down; it's time to step up, and fight the good fight.  This is what I plan to do; I hope to have the party's support in this endeavor.

I yield.

You're technically still registered under the 'YT Coalition of Freedom for Justice and Liberty' party in the census. Tongue
