Trump The Socialist is redistributing the wealth from starving children and military veterans to mult-millionaires and multi-national corporations. It's no wonder why Republicans support him, even if his behavior disgusts them.

I remember that during and immediately after my Cancer treatment, a free school lunch was a needed necessity to my life at that point due to my parents halting their entire work schedule to care for me. Being raised as a middle class kid in the suburbs, that period of poverty was soon to be discovered by mini-me that poverty was the unjust norm for many Americans, including peers that I know. So I wonder what type of sick individuals would trash this program entirely. Do they think this will raise their income a little higher than their peers in their country club? Will it give them a little jolt to have more money in the stocks? Or do they truly believe that this will help people, in the light of living an immensely sheltered lifestyle away from poverty in a homogeneous suburb? That goes for the voters of this policy as well, who are complicit in cutting these programs just to prevent women from entering public washrooms for all that I can see why.

It’s clear that there needs to be a long term solution so that, in the reinstatement of this program, it doesn’t get removed by the next administration. That ball isn’t in any of the major parties, it is in those outside of the ruling corporate elite and their gang of traitors to the working class to find a permanent solution worldwide.

Who decided that school lunch eligibility would be tied to food stamp eligibility?  Is that a state decision, or a federal one?

This goes into my Trump Negative column.

My biggest disappointment as far as Trump is concerned is that he's done the sort of things I criticized Bush 43 and Mittens on in terms of economics and the safety net.

Many children need their 'free' breakfast because of their parents' erratic work hours.  Hunger, whatever its cause, makes kids think of their bellies instead of the teaching in school.

Help the teachers who need all the help that they can. Children who have had breakfast  learn better.

How can children learn if they're hungry?

This is absurd. No, this is evil, like so much of what this person and his minions are up to these days.

I'm not sure how I would have gotten through elementary school if I'd had to pay for lunch. My school had an informal program where they just looked the other way and didn't charge kids, and it was very discreet, in retrospect. I have no idea how the financing worked, but then again, a second grader shouldn't have to think about that. I also know that some of my teachers were paying for classroom supplies out of pocket after I once ran into my first grade teacher buying boxes of tissues that I later saw in the classroom. This sort of behind the scenes sacrifice by those who can least afford it is what makes so many Americans great but causes me to shake my head about our national priorities.

Yes, he is a Republican. Are you shocked?

This is really bad and belongs to the category of not living up to the promises he made to the "forgotten people". I keep saying it: if he loses in 2020, it's because he let them down.

Not as if that matters in even the slightest, remotest sense. You will still find some reason to support him, literally no matter what so honestly who cares what goes in your "Trump Negative Column"?
