This might be overly optimistic for Clinton, but I think the Guiliani hype will die down and a lot of Conservatives won't show up:

Most races with Giuliani would result in a solid GOP win.

Most races with Clinton would result in a solid GOP win.

Clinton vs. Giuliani would result in a very solid GOP win.

True Independent's map is a little too Clinton-friendly, probably.  In a Clinton vs. Giuliani race, independents would strongly lean Giuliani.

I agree with True Independent.  Giuliani's support will cool down and he won't attract the solid conservative vote.

Rudy would win solidly if it was just Clinton vs Giuliani, however Rudy being very socially liberal could bring in a conservative Independent (ala Moore) which could really take a chunk of the GOP base along with him.
