no, he wasn't.  Lisa was never as unpopular as Frank is now.

the murkowskis have always seemed to be unpopular, but they keep winning.

i dont care much for frank.  he is an s.o.b. 

lisa, on the other hand, is a real freedom fighter.  we need more of her kind in the senate.
