Wow, are there so few Democrats in Alaska that they have to recycle former officeholders to run for the same office again?

Yes, if they want to win. Alaska is one of the most Republican states in the country (up there with Utah and Idaho).

The Alaska Democratic Party seems to keep falling back on Knowles because he's the only candidate they have.  It just seems a little sad.
