The runoff for this election was extremely close (Garcetti was re-elected by less than 5,000 votes), and I am curious if anyone has any information about what the coalitions for this race were? I thought the OJ trial might have had an effect, particularly on how blacks voted, but I don't know who it would favor. Any information, from maps to news articles, would be greatly appreciated.
