I actually did mean to add an option for 2-in-1 users but forgot when I first posted the poll. It's there now.

I 'run out' of shampoo first, as I do not use conditioner in the first place.

And, just for kicks, I buy the cheapest shampoo they sell in the discount store.

Shampoo by default, I hate how conditioner makes my hair feel.

The only time I use separate conditioner is when I am traveling. Also doubles as emergency hair gel.

I've got very little hair, there are 5 other adults in the house (ugggg) that do have hair...thus, I use the first shampoo I see when I decide to wash my hair.  Sometimes my hair smells fruity!

Shampoo, because I read that too much conditioner strips the natural oil out of your hair and should only be used every other day or so.  I have long hair, so I try to maintain it.

Should be noted that kid’s shampoo smells best.

I am a heterosexual man and use 2-in-1.
I’m calling bluff. All heterosexual men use four-in-one(shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/shaving cream), or at least a three-in-one that doubles as emergency shaving cream.

Shampoo. I don’t use conditioner. The last time I tried something other than baby shampoo, I had dandruff for a month before realizing what was causing it.

Didn't even know there are men who use conditioner, so shampoo by default. The actual interesting question is whether we use shampoo or shower gel/soap first when showering.

About five years ago, my activist brother made a poll/thread here asking what should be provided by the government and one of the options was shampoo/conditioner. If this many of you don't condition, I'm starting to think he's right.

As for the question, every bottle seems to be half full when I replace the other so I just started at bad timing. All the guys in my 8th grade class were obsessed with the Herbal Essences so I've been somewhat loyal to that with Garnier as the occasional backup. Not super opposed to changing it up though.

Imagine being Italian and thinking everyone needs to shampoo. Cultural heresy.

After dating a salon owner for a while, and having had problems with dry scalp - I can't use anything but salon-quality products.  There are men's lines though and you can buy the big bottles to save money...shampoo always runs out first.

I've never used "conditioner" (normal for a man)
