Good news for Democrats. Lucy McBath would be interesting candidate for special election

She's not going to abandon the House seat she was elected to less than a year ago.

To overcome that, Loeffler would have to seriously prove she is more Trumpist than Trump's pick and that's a hard sell. Even if she did manage to do that, she'd be damaged goods in the general. All that said, I think Collins wins the primary easily.

There's not going to be a standard primary, right? For the special, they're doing a jungle primary.

Could people please remember that she's running in a jungle primary?

She can never get to Doug Collins' right. If Trump endorses Collins, especially, it's very possible that she won't make it to the runoff. I'd still put her as an underdog for reelection due to the prospect of a Collins v. Dem runoff.
