Absolutely. Though he can't really be considered a white supremacist because his very existence disproves the myth of white supremacy.

Like all but a handful of voters that will vote against him and perhaps a small but considerable minority of voters that have and will again, I think he is a racist. 

If he is reelected and his presidency and perhaps even if his presidency is seen as a failure (like it was with W), I think the central legacy would be that its still OK to be a racist in the United States even if only a minority of people are actually a racist. Perhaps if you combined the amount of people who are "a racist" at some level and those who think its OK to be racist, you might have a small majority of the population.
