You forgot about his Housing and Urban Development Secretary shopping for furniture on the taxpayers' dime, his White House counselor violating the Hatch Act, and his Secretary of Transportation (who is also the wife of the Senate Majority Leader) having conflicts of interest.

There are probably even more that can be named but these three come to mind, and this doesn't even count his appointees who weren't confirmed.
