Greetings to all members of the college of Cardinals of the Church of PD.

In the name of our Lord and Saviour PD "F**K You!". The time is upon us to elect a new Pope.

My final act before I step down is to issue a doctrine of Papal infallibility. The decrees of the Pope of the Church of PD are held to be infallible by our Lord PD unless they directly contradict PDist doctrine as handed down by our Lord and Saviour PD. I will shortly call a General Council of the Church to explicitly lay down Church doctrine in a definitive state. I will chair the council but not in a capacity as Pope as I am now defunct.

I hereby call to order a conclave of the Cardinals of the Church of PD to elect a new Pope.

I call for all Cardinals to nominate who they believe should be our next Pope.

I am required to - I am only meant to have served for two months and as it is I have been in office for almost three! Perhaps this precedent of three months should be continued.

I was intending to keep the originals but we should probably do so. The first twenty to nominate someone will then be Cardinals.

Perhaps, and in that case those who have should be replaced, but those who signed up originally shouldn't have to go through the process again.
