Acting ICE Director Mark Morgan is expected to take over as acting head of Customs and Border Protection, according to a DHS official.
In the video below, he made hateful and racist comments back in January to Fox News' Tucker Carlson about children in detention facilities.
He says that by looking into these kid's eyes, he can tell they will be MS-13 gang members.WTF!
