June 2019 Elections Tracker

LINK TO TRACKER SPREADSHEET

Last vote counted (sheet): up to date
Last vote counted (maps): up to date
Invalid votes: dipper (federal; posted twice and deleted second ballot), khuzifenq (both federal and LN; reg'd too late), ASV (post deleted by mods)
Note: tentatively counting HCP's ballot

The June elections for President of Atlasia, House of Representatives, Fremont Class I Senate, Lincoln Class I Senate, and Southern Class I Senate will take place from June 21, 2019 through June 23, 2019. In addition, a special election for Ninja's vacated council seat will be held concurrently with the Lincoln Senate election between Wazza of the Federalist Party and PSOL of the Peace party.

Updates to the maps and spreadsheet will occur as soon as it is humanly possible for me to update and upload them. If the maps are out of date, check the spreadsheet; that will usually be updated first. The spreadsheet will contain full House preference data, as well as crosstabs and turnout data for the major parties and larger third parties. I have also changed the turnout numbers to show as percentages, which will hopefully improve readability. Dead periods for updates will usually be when I'm sleeping (roughly 4 AM to ~11 AM EDT).

I made an effort to improve the UK/PR templates I was using and incorporate them into the maps (since people were always asking about 'floating votes' in the ocean). However, don't be surprised if they end up uncolored during more vote-heavy periods because I might not have time to edit them separately.

In light of the official ballot, Kingpoleon has been removed from the bars at the top and bottom of the map. Kinda disappointed about that tbh, I like maps with a bit of indy green in them.

Will you be tracking Lincoln's Gun control referendum? I guess the results of that one will be quite interesting.

I might add it to the spreadsheet, yeah. Not gonna do a map for it though because I don't want to have to update 3 separate maps every time a new vote comes in for Lincoln regional.

Will be posting the maps as replies periodically to provide a snapshot of the race at particular moments. The maps in the OP will continue to be updated more regularly.

Since the early vote has dried up now, I'll be heading to bed. Morning updates can be expected sometime around 10-11 EST.

Slight error on the Southern election, the top says I have 0 votes but 12.5%.

That was a mistake from the morning update. Can't really fix it now cause I've already changed the maps multiple times since then. See the OP for current maps, where the issue is fixed.

I look forward to these maps every election. Smiley

Why is Puerto Rico colored grey? I assume the UK is grey because they're not technically a state, but Puerto Rico was granted statehood by the Fourth Constitution.

The PR and UK maps are separate from the main one so I have to color them in separately, which takes too long to do when votes are coming in as rapidly as they have been (didn't have time before the election to actually incorporate them into the same image such that they are easily editable in paint). I'll color them in once the election is over.

The first day of voting is drawing to a close. 97 votes have been cast in the federal election; in February 2019, this vote count was not reached until the end of the second day of voting. Total turnout is presently at 38%. Will try to do a morning update sometime around 10-11 EST.

Accidentally recorded FDB's vote as Fairbol's, which changes the maps a little bit.

The second day of voting has wrapped up. YT leads Griffin by 7 votes; however, more leftist votes are outstanding. Total turnout currently sits at 127, or 50.2% of the population. Fun fact: YT has more votes in the South than he does in the other two regions combined; meanwhile, Griffin has more votes in Lincoln than he does in the other two regions combined.

Gonna put this here right now before things start getting busy. 9 hours left to vote. After discussing a bit with people on Lokcord, HCP's vote is now being counted.

Am I able to void my ballot if I want? Also if yes, how much time do I have to decide whether to or not?
