So this bill would alter the state lines?  What would the new map look like?

I dont think Congress has the power to adjust State boundaries at will. That is a judicial power.

Edit: is there an original source for why these specific 60ish "tribes" are identified?

They're recognized by state governments but not by the federal government.

So this bill would alter the state lines?  What would the new map look like?
All the changes are minor and wouldn't be very noticeable on a map.

I'll agree to support this bill, recognizing the history of the native tribes is an integral part of the culture of the nation. We must honor those who came before us and their tribes and recognize them as an important part of our history, culture, politics, and society at large

Land disputes between states is literally one of the Constitutional grants of subject matter jurisdiction to the Supreme court, both irl and in game. A boundary dispute is over ownership, surveys and land grants, not just something that can abrogated by congress at will. I live 6 miles from the Carolina border ... does anyone actually believe congress could at will redraw the Carolina border 10 miles north, thus taking land that was Virginia before the Constitution was even ratified, even if Virginia objects? State boundary disputes are settled by the Supreme court. See for example Rhode Island v. Massachusetts (1846), Georgia v. South Carolina (1922), Vermont v. New Hampshire (1933), and New Jersey v. Delaware (1934).
