I’m not sure when he was watching, but I watched CNN today and coverage was generally favorable about his UK trip.

FoX Propaganda Channel is shut out in the UK  because it is so biased. Sky News, also owned by Murdoch, is a cable news channel in the UK -- and it is not as blatantly political and partisan.

I prefer the Beeb, myself.

I suspect that Trump's regular media consumption is very pro-Trump, pro-alt-right. Being subjected to a normal newsfeed probably feels to him much like being locked in a room and forced to watch Fox and Breitbart would feel to non-Trump supporters.

To be fair to Trump, this seems to have been while he was resting at the Ambassador's residence after the trip over but before meeting with the Queen.

Uh, yeah it's one of the big four cell providers (Verizon, Sprint, ATT, T-Mobile - though it'll be 3 soon) plus fiber/dsl internet in many places. They own DirecTV, etc.
