It's Safe Democratic. I'd be quite surprised if the Democrat didn't carry it by 12-14%.

LOL, Oakland is less than 15% black, Wayne is over 40% black.
Because obviously all 40% of those black voters will vote in the general election, amiright?
But on a serious note, if WCW keep trending R and we don't see Obama 2012 level black turnout, it's certainly possible at some point. Almost certainly not in 2020, but maybe by 2030 or so
