Maybe if they oppose the death penalty on grounds of cruelty. If their opposition stems from a belief that human beings lack the moral prerogative to end the life of another human being (the traditional Quaker-y reason for opposing capital punishment), I don't see how hypocrisy is a relevant charge, unless you think death is an insignificant event in the life of a person.
